CLA is currently seeking an Office Support Coordinator (Service Processing Coordinator) to join our Assurance practice in the Bellevue, WA office. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our service team leaders and play a crucial part in managing various business functions through marketing and administrative support activities.

How you'll create opportunities in this Office Support Coordinator role:

  • Performs cash, AR, and other bank balance confirmations for our clients.
  • Assembles and delivers financial statements and proposals either electronically or in paper.
  • Prepares/finalizes engagement letters to deliver to clients.
  • Prepare Data Collection Forms for federal fund reporting.
  • Proactively manages database and workflow systems to ensure accurate maintenance of client data.
  • Provides support to the Office Assistant (Internal Operations Coordinator) by covering the front desk and maintaining the breakroom/supply room during breaks/vacation.

What you will need:

  • 3 or more years of related administrative support experience required.
  • High school degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
  • Detail oriented with strong writing skills.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range. For Washington, the posted range for this role is $24.00 - $34.00 per hour.
