Associated Bank's Emerging Talent Programs are committed to growing high potential talent and accelerating their development by providing training, career development planning, networking opportunities, mentorship, performance feedback and robust assignments highlighting the functional areas' value and impact across the organization.

In the Corporate Rotation Program, trainees will participate in a 12-month program that will provide an introduction to the key corporate disciplines of Strategy, and two of the following: Audit, Corporate Risk, Finance, Product and Marketing, Human Resources, Retail Banking, or Technology. The Corporate Trainee will experience a combination of largely on the job training with selective classroom training to enhance their development. Within each rotation, the trainees will go through a structured sequence of tasks to learn the fundamentals of the functional area and discipline and begin to contribute to day-to-day deliverables. The program comprises of one month of onboarding and 3 rotations (1 month, 5 months, 5 months), spanning a total duration of 12 months.

This person will:

* Participate in rotations across various lines of business and departments to gain insight into different aspects of the company.

* Work on key projects in each department, collaborating with teams across the organization.

* Contribute to the company's strategic initiatives, providing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

* Participate in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events with peers and executives.

* Attend development workshops, skills training, and receive regular feedback to support your growth and performance.

* Receive comprehensive performance feedback, focusing on personal and professional development.

Education

* Bachelor's Degree, Required.
* Associate's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education & experience (technology disciplines only), Required.

Experience

* Less than 2 years Entry Level, Preferred.
